Delivery and Return of Goods

After placing the order and payment, to your specified email address, you will receive a message confirmation that the order has been accepted. Your order will be ready within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. You will be informed about the shipped order in a separate message too.

 

You can choose your shipping method:

In Lithuania:

Via Omniva self-service parcel terminals (delivery to the selected Omniva parcel machine within 1-3 days from the date of dispatch of the order). Delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals - 2,79 EUR.

Via Venipak self-service parcel terminals (delivery to the selected Venipak parcel machine within 1-3 days from the date of dispatch of the order). Delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals - 3,59 EUR.

Via LP Express self-service parcel terminals (delivery to the selected Venipak parcel machine within 1-3 days from the date of dispatch of the order) Delivery price to LP Express parcel terminals - 2,49 EUR.

Abroad:

Returning the goods

After receiving the package, check whether the envelope in which the goods was packed is not damaged. If the package is damaged (torn, punctured, etc.) and it affected the goods you had ordered, take a few photos to substantiate your complaints and immediately (within 1-2 working days from the day of receiving the package) contact us by email info@eliaroma.lt

If the received goods do not correspond to your order, immediately (within 1-2 working days from the day of receiving the package) contact us by email info@eliaroma.lt. Together we will find the best solution for you.

Return of the goods is only possible for damaged and unusable goods, as well as goods that do not correspond to your order.

Opened packages and used products cannot be accepted back.
